Job Brief:
The Brand Manager will support the successful launch and ongoing growth of a new family entertainment and edutainment venue designed for children aged 2–8. The role is responsible for executing marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive visitation, increase engagement, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with the central marketing team and the on-ground venue team to deliver joyful, meaningful, and memorable experiences for families.

Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Implement marketing plans in alignment with the central brand and marketing team.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos that authentically represent the venue’s playful and educational experiences.
  • Design and adapt marketing materials using Canva or similar tools while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Drive awareness, ticket sales, and repeat visitation by supporting venue commercial targets.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and ensure all campaigns are result-oriented and aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activities across digital, print, and in-venue touchpoints.
  • Align storytelling, messaging, and visual identity with the central marketing team.
Digital, PR & Communications
  • Fully manage the venue’s digital presence, including social media planning, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling, family-oriented social content to strengthen brand connection and visibility.
  • Coordinate with digital advertising agencies for paid campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Maintain and update the website and digital platforms with accurate and engaging information.
  • Handle influencer collaborations, PR outreach, and media interactions to increase brand exposure.
  • Respond promptly to online reviews and social feedback, maintaining a guest-first approach.
Community Engagement & Partnerships
  • Build relationships with community groups, family-oriented organizations, and mall partners to enhance the venue’s visibility.
  • Collaborate with mall marketing teams to develop promotional activities and events.
Brand Management
  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual and tonal identity across all materials.
  • Support creative and guest engagement teams with marketing assets for events and programs.
  • Gather and analyze guest insights, competitor information, and market trends to guide future strategies.
  • Prepare post-event reports with performance analysis and recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the Venue Manager to align marketing plans with daily operations.
  • Maintain strong communication with the central marketing team for guidance, approvals, and reporting.
  • Provide marketing insights for monthly venue performance reports.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within family entertainment, edutainment, retail, hospitality, or experiential industries.
  • Strong ability to create photo and video content; competency with Canva or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and community engagement.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Illustrator or video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
