Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Ventilation to join our growing team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of ventilation products. This role requires a strong foundation in HVAC or technical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with industry professionals such as consultants, contractors, and distributors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the promotion and specification of ventilation products with consultants and contractors.
  • Assist senior sales staff in managing relationships with existing distributors and generating leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities and potential clients in the HVAC sector.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and product documentation.
  • Support the sales cycle by following up on leads, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as needed to provide technical and sales support.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Track competitor activity and share insights with the sales and product teams.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients, providing updates on product availability, specifications, and lead times.
  • Deliver product training sessions to clients and distributor teams as directed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the HVAC or construction sector
  • Self-motivation, Teamwork, Fast Learning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with technical sales processes and documentation
