Agile Consultants is a leading recruitment firm in the UAE, specializing in providing top-notch contingency recruitment services to clients across various industries. We are now looking for a dedicated and professional telesales executive to join our team and help drive new business acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • New Client Acquisition: Actively engage with potential clients to promote Agile Consultants’ recruitment services and secure new business opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs.
  • Client Communication & Meetings: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, attend client meetings (virtual or in-person), and present tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into active clients.
  • Follow-up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and client interactions to management for strategy planning.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry. Prior recruitment experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of business needs with the ability to offer customized recruitment solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Should have a valid driving license and car.
  • Comfortable meeting clients and companies in-person at their offices when required.
