Job Responsibilities:- New Client Acquisition: Actively engage with potential clients to promote Agile Consultants’ recruitment services and secure new business opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs.
- Client Communication & Meetings: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, attend client meetings (virtual or in-person), and present tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into active clients.
- Follow-up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and client interactions to management for strategy planning.
