Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth for ELV, ICT, and Security Solutions across the UAE. This is a client-facing, outdoor sales role that involves meeting prospective customers, identifying business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and promoting the company's range of technology and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a valid UAE driving licence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and residential sectors. 
  • Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and presentations to generate new business and strengthen customer relationships. 
  • Promote the company's ELV, ICT, Security, Networking, and IT Infrastructure solutions. 
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. 
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations. 
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities to maximize conversion rates. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies. 
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities. 
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. 
  • Primarily an outdoor role involving regular client meetings and site visits across the UAE. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of UAE business development or sales experience, preferably within the ELV, ICT, Security Systems, or Technology industry. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment. 
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients. 
  • Frequent travel within the UAE to meet prospective and existing customers. 
  • A combination of field sales activities and coordination with internal teams to support business growth.
  • A valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. 
  • Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, Wi-Fi, IP Telephony, or related technology solutions
  • Experience working with project-based sales and corporate clients in the UAE market. 
  • An existing network of industry contacts would be an advantage.
