Job Brief:We are seeking a highly motivated
Business Development Manager – Ventilation to join our sales team in
Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
HVAC systems, particularly fans, and will be responsible for growing our market presence through project lead generation, consultant specification, distributor support, and technical engagement.
Job Responsibilities:- Specify ventilation products with key consultants across relevant projects.
- Support and manage current distributors with order processing and lead follow-ups.
- Identify and develop new project leads in the HVAC sector for ventilation products.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to distributors, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver all technical documentation required by various stakeholders.
- Identify and onboard new distributors when necessary to expand market reach.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand awareness and build professional relationships.
- Track sales targets, forecast performance, and report progress to the Country Manager.
- Deliver product training to distributor and client teams to enhance product understanding and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
