The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience and a strong business network across relevant sectors. Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.
  • Develop business opportunities across real estate development, luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, corporate, and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business and sustainable growth.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong UAE experience with an established business network within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Strong network and industry contacts within real estate developers, luxury retail brands, hospitality and hotels, automotive brands, and corporate and commercial organizations.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
  • Must currently be based in the UAE.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle for business commuting.
