Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our premium European kitchen cabinets and wardrobes in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the local market, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. The successful candidate will drive revenue through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and tailored sales strategies across Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, consultants, contractors, and retailers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • Promote and position European kitchen cabinet and wardrobe brands within target segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction and design sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development and market expansion plans.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and report progress against targets to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: MBA is a plus; a bachelor's degree is required.
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, specifically within the European kitchen cabinet and wardrobe industry in the UAE.
  • Established relationships with major developers, consultants, and contractors in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
