Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our premium European kitchen cabinets and wardrobes in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the local market, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. The successful candidate will drive revenue through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and tailored sales strategies across Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:- Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, consultants, contractors, and retailers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Promote and position European kitchen cabinet and wardrobe brands within target segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction and design sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic business development and market expansion plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and report progress against targets to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
