Job Brief:We are looking for two energetic and results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our client's B2B sales team. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling high-quality appointments with decision-makers across global markets. This is a communication-heavy role that requires high levels of clarity, confidence, and persistence to build a robust sales pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:- Outreach: Conduct consistent outbound calling and personalized email outreach to B2B prospects.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
- Nurturing: Follow up diligently with prospects to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
