Job Brief:
Our client’s growing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced international business development specialist to drive their company's expansion into new international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market entry strategy, and cross-border operations, with a proven track record of successfully expanding businesses into new geographies. This role requires strategic thinking, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments to achieve our global growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with Regions to obtain benchmarking tools that will inform acquisition Business Plans.
  • Securing and expanding the turnover and growth objectives.
  • Run new market/segment and customer evaluations, fit/no fit evaluations, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
  • Strategic acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Responsible for end-to-end sales process (acquisition, RFP/RFIs handling, offer preparation, presentation, customer service, consultation, negotiation, closure) of complex system solutions to major customers in tourism.
  • Active participation in diverse IT projects.
  • Understand and provide technical expertise on our platforms to customers and sales teams.
  • Balance sales opportunities against resource and product requirements ensuring successful sales engagements.
  • Work to create a seamless customer experience establishing trusted advisor status with customer executives.
  • Generating content for LinkedIn and creating blogs to fuel client interest.

Job Requirements:
  • Strong consultative selling skills – proven ability to identify and build strong relationships that can influence decision-makers.
  • Candidate should have worked in the service-based industry (Mandate).
  • Goal-oriented, creative, and self-motivated.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Department of Defense acquisition process, decision milestones, and funding procedures.
  • Substantial independent judgment and decision-making ability to meet broad organizational strategic goals and objectives.
  • Work requires creativity, judgment, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Open to candidates from abroad and ability to bring in new clients.
  • Open to travel to Dubai to meet with the management team.
  • Nationality: Indian.
