Job Brief:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to manage day-to-day operations of labor camps, ensuring smooth coordination, regulatory compliance, and employee well-being. The ideal candidate will be proactive in maintaining discipline, resolving issues, and fostering a safe and healthy living environment for camp residents.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of camp operations including accommodation, food services, maintenance, and safety.
Ensure workers register biometric attendance and submit daily manpower reports including sick leave and idle workforce data.
Handle grievances from camp residents and escalate concerns to HR or department heads when necessary.
Monitor and report shortages in food supplies, hygiene products, and other essentials.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare providers.
Ensure the camp adheres to UAE labor laws and local municipality regulations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or vocational training.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a proactive approach.
Sound problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HSE practices and standards.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
