• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall company and group objectives.
• Drive efficiency improvements, reduce operational costs, and optimize delivery timelines.
• Ensure product quality, adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, performance metrics, and resource planning.
• Lead operational innovation in lighting technology and sustainable product development.
• Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures, governance, and reporting standards.
• Support long-term growth initiatives and continuous improvement across operational areas.
