Job Brief:
The Client Acquisition Executive (Telesales) will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through consistent outbound communication and structured follow-ups. This remote role focuses on identifying potential clients, qualifying hiring needs, and introducing Agile Consultants’ recruitment services to decision-makers across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, target-driven, organized with tracking activities, and able to work independently without supervision. The role requires strong communication skills, disciplined daily outreach, and the ability to build a healthy pipeline through research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement. This position plays a key part in supporting the business development team by booking qualified meetings and maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Telesales & Outreach
  • Make daily outbound calls to UAE businesses.
  • Conduct LinkedIn messaging and follow-ups.
  • Send structured email pitches and maintain follow-up cycles.
2. Pipeline Building
  • Use directories, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and your own research to identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain an internal list of companies and decision-makers.
3. Lead Qualification
  • Identify companies that are actively hiring or likely to hire.
  • Explain Agile Consultants’ recruitment services clearly and confidently.
4. Meeting Setup (Phone/Zoom)
  • Book introductory calls for the internal team.
  • Handle initial discovery conversations with potential clients.
5. Reporting & Consistency
  • Maintain daily activity logs.
  • Update leads, status, and follow-ups in our internal CRM.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (phone + digital).
  • Telesales experience (recruitment sales preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable with high outreach targets.
  • Self-driven and disciplined working from home.
  • Ability to stay consistent without supervision.
