Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the construction of a warehouse and accommodation facility for a manufacturing setup in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in executing projects involving steel structure and concrete works, with full ownership of activities ranging from raw material planning to site-level performance tracking and reporting. The role requires coordination with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction of warehouse and accommodation facilities, with a focus on both steel and concrete structure execution.
• Plan and control project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Take responsibility for raw material planning, procurement, and utilization, ensuring optimal consumption and minimal wastage.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, site investigations, and data analysis to guide project decision-making.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Review and validate drawings, BOQs, and design specs for compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, milestone tracking, and budget utilization updates.
• Liaise with local authorities (e.g., RAKEZ) for obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Monitor and enforce HSE standards on-site, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
• Lead site teams, including junior engineers and labor supervisors, and ensure smooth communication among departments.
• Certify contractor invoices, monitor change orders, and manage vendor contracts.
• Ensure proper handover and documentation upon project completion.
