Construction Site Supervisor

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: Up to SAR 7,000

Job Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management: Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HVAC piping projects.
Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and schedules.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the construction team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC piping.
A relevant technical or engineering degree is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Must be ready to work in different cities of Saudi Arabia including the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.
