Job Brief:The
Head of Corporate Sales will lead the organization’s business-to-business (B2B) division and drive sustainable growth across corporate markets. The role focuses on developing and executing B2B strategies, acquiring and expanding corporate accounts, and leading the sales and account management teams. This position requires strong leadership, expertise in consultative selling, and proven success in B2B sales within professional services or corporate environments.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead and manage the B2B sales and account management teams, ensuring achievement of KPIs and business objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and tailored solutions for corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy and drive innovation.
- Track performance through CRM tools, prepare regular performance reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and high-level meetings to strengthen brand presence.
