Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Creative & Marketing Coordinator to manage graphic design, creative content development, and marketing activities within the luxury furniture and interiors industry in Dubai, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content, maintaining brand identity, coordinating advertising campaigns, managing external agencies, and producing marketing materials for digital, print, and trade show applications. The role requires advanced proficiency in AI-powered creative tools to enhance design development and marketing execution.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, a strong graphic design background in high-end furniture, luxury interiors, or interior fit-out, and proven hands-on experience using AI tools and professional design software.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute graphic designs and creative content for digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Maintain brand identity and ensure consistent visual communication across all marketing materials.
Use AI-powered tools for creative concepts, image generation, layouts, copywriting, video production, and visual content development.
Design brochures, catalogues, product presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
Coordinate with advertising and media agencies, including preparing creative briefs, reviewing deliverables, managing approvals, budgets, and deadlines.
Manage creative requirements for exhibitions and trade shows, including stand graphics, print production, and supplier coordination.
Plan, create, publish, and monitor day-to-day social media content and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate digital, print, and social media advertising activities with external agencies and partners.
Develop creative campaigns to support product launches, new collections, brand positioning, and sales objectives.
Coordinate with printers, production suppliers, and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Work closely with internal teams to align creative output and marketing campaigns with commercial objectives.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and contribute to improving engagement, brand visibility, and sales results.

Job Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the UAE.
Strong graphic design background with experience in high-end furniture, luxury interiors, or interior fit-out.
Advanced hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, graphic design, layouts, copywriting, and video production.
Proficiency in professional graphic design software and AI-assisted creative workflows, with the ability to independently produce high-quality creative materials.
Experience preparing creative briefs and coordinating with advertising agencies, media partners, and external suppliers.
Experience in designing and coordinating brochures, catalogues, exhibitions, trade shows, and print production projects.
Practical experience in social media content creation, publishing, and performance reporting.
Ability to demonstrate how creative work has contributed to sales, product launches, or measurable marketing campaign results.
Strong creative vision with an eye for luxury aesthetics, materials, and visual details.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Experience in 3D modelling, rendering, video production, motion graphics, photography art direction, or paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
Portfolio submission is mandatory, demonstrating relevant graphic design projects, luxury-sector creative work, and AI-assisted content development.
