Job Brief:
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our logistics operations in Ajman. The role involves supporting customers with inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of logistics services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service and a client-focused attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about shipments, delivery schedules, and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely processing and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company system.
  • Assist in resolving complaints and service issues promptly.
  • Support operational and administrative tasks related to logistics services.
Job Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use internal systems.
  • Must possess a family book.
