Job Brief:Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Dubai, is seeking a
Customer Service Executive to join their team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, manage product returns, and track deliveries, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
This role is part of their development programs, providing opportunities to enhance skills through on-the-job exposure, internal assignments, and focused training. You will report directly to the Customer Service Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring smooth order handling from start to finish.
- Maintain up-to-date records of product types, pricing, and quantities in internal systems.
- Address customer complaints promptly, investigating issues, providing solutions, and keeping customers informed.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate with sales and customers to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
