Job Brief:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Dubai, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, manage product returns, and track deliveries, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
This role is part of their development programs, providing opportunities to enhance skills through on-the-job exposure, internal assignments, and focused training. You will report directly to the Customer Service Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring smooth order handling from start to finish.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of product types, pricing, and quantities in internal systems.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, investigating issues, providing solutions, and keeping customers informed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person professionally and efficiently.
  • Communicate with sales and customers to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Job Requirements:
  • Emirati national (as part of the Emiratization Program).
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Client-focused with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must possess a family book.
