Customer Service and Logistics Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Customer Service with the daily tasks.
  • Prepare delivery documents (local and export).
  • Follow up and update the system for orders dispatch, arrival & receiving and coordinate with the customers & sales team.
  • Prepare offers and proforma invoices, LPOs, and letters.
  • Prepare bank documents (L/Cs and collections).
  • Follow-up on pending payments, overdue payments, etc.
  • Prepare reminder letters for customers.
  • Prepare and update weekly reports and send them to top management.
  • Prepare weekly demand table (weekly production table).
  • Coordinate the stickers.
  • Book containers with shipping lines for export orders.
  • Freight and local transportation cost reduction.
  • Follow up on Export & Local shipments' arrival, Documentation & Clearance.
  • Update Lean on a daily basis for outgoing and incoming orders.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 5 years of proven experience in customer service and logistics, preferably in manufacturing.
  •  Strong command of both English and Arabic languages.
  •  Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  •  Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  •  Strong communication and reporting skills.
  •  Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  •  Understanding of LC documentation processes.
