Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Kitchen Department Manager to lead our client’s kitchen sales team and drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting premium-branded kitchen solutions.

The Kitchen Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the kitchen department, driving sales performance, managing and developing the sales team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle — from design consultation to product delivery and installation. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of kitchen products, interior solutions, and customer engagement within a retail showroom environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen sales team to achieve and exceed department sales targets while maintaining high levels of performance and professionalism.
  • Drive sales of branded kitchen products by delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on kitchen designs, layouts, materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories, helping clients choose the most suitable solutions based on their preferences and project needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate commercial terms with customers, and successfully close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences in order to identify opportunities for improving product offerings, sales strategies, and showroom presentation.
  • Ensure the showroom environment and product displays are updated regularly to reflect the latest kitchen design trends, product innovations, and branded kitchen collections.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of kitchen projects from order confirmation through to installation and final delivery.
  • Achieve department key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, gross margin targets, and customer satisfaction levels.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in premium kitchen and wardrobe brands.
  • Prior experience within the kitchen, furniture, interior design, or home improvement industry will be highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a genuine passion for interior solutions, kitchen design, and premium kitchen products.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen products, materials, appliances, fittings, and accessories used in modern kitchen design.
  • Ability to read and understand kitchen layouts, technical drawings, and design plans.
