Job Brief:
Our client, an educational institute in Ras Al Khaimah, is launching its first digital learning modules as part of a program digitisation initiative. They are seeking a multi-skilled Digital Learning Specialist to lead both content transformation and LMS administration. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a start-up-style environment and wants to build digital learning programs from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities:
Content Development:
  • Convert existing educational programs into engaging, interactive digital learning modules.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to script, storyboard, and design e-learning content.
  • Develop multimedia content, including videos, quizzes, PDFs, and presentations.
  • Ensure content compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards where required.
  • Apply instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes.
LMS Management:
  • Upload, configure, and manage courses on the LMS platform.
  • Handle user roles, access rights, and course enrollments.
  • Monitor analytics to track learner engagement and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with LMS providers as needed.
  • Maintain course versioning, backups, and archival systems.
Job Requirements:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital learning content development and LMS administration, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Proven experience managing Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, LearnDash).
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and digital pedagogy.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic backend understanding (LMS configuration, basic HTML/CSS is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
