Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Division Manager – Private Label (Healthcare Products) to lead the strategic growth of a leading healthcare brand’s private label division. This leadership role involves full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence across hospitals, pharmacies, and wellness institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare market, proven experience in private label business development, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward sustainable success.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Leadership:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for the private label division in line with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and innovation areas in healthcare products.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, clinics, group pharmacies, and distributors.
P&L and Operational Management:
  • Oversee division profitability, revenue growth, and cost management.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure product availability and competitiveness.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
  • Represent the division in management reviews and strategic planning discussions.
Business Development & Relationship Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the GCC.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements and long-term contracts with partners.
  • Stay updated on market regulations, healthcare compliance, and emerging product categories.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of experience in healthcare, consumer health, OTC, nutraceuticals, or medical devices with a focus on private label management.
  • Proven success in leading a division or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in contract negotiation and business expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations and product development.
