Job Brief:
The Division Manager – Manufacturer & Product Onboarding is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new pharmaceutical manufacturers, Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs), and their respective product portfolios. The role ensures seamless integration of new partners and products into the company’s distribution network by coordinating with finance, purchasing, regulatory, supply chain, sales, and IT teams, ensuring all contractual, compliance, and operational requirements are met prior to launch.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturer & MAH Onboarding
  • Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new pharmaceutical manufacturers/MAHs in alignment with company strategy and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate due diligence, vendor qualification, and documentation processes (e.g., GMP, COPP, marketing authorization, distribution agreements).
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with new partners during onboarding and transition phases.
  • Negotiate and finalize onboarding requirements in coordination with legal and regulatory teams.
2. Product Onboarding & Activation
  • Oversee product listing, master data setup, and item code generation in ERP systems.
  • Ensure product dossiers, technical documents, and regulatory approvals are reviewed and validated before product registration.
  • Liaise with supply chain and finance teams to align product availability, pricing, and demand planning prior to launch.
  • Ensure seamless integration of product information into commercial and logistics systems.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales) and external partners during onboarding.
  • Develop and implement standardized onboarding checklists, workflows, and timelines to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Track and report onboarding progress, highlighting bottlenecks and risks to management.
4. Compliance & Quality Alignment
  • Ensure all onboarding activities adhere to national and international pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs.
  • Support audits, vendor qualification reviews, and compliance documentation for manufacturers and products.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of partner credentials, licenses, and agreements.
5. Continuous Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to streamline onboarding and partner integration.
  • Monitor KPIs related to onboarding timelines, partner satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards on onboarding status and performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in onboarding manufacturers/MAHs/products, regulatory affairs, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory documentation, product registration, and GxP compliance.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
