Job Brief:
Our client in the healthcare sector is seeking an experienced Division Manager – Pharma to lead the onboarding and integration of new pharmaceutical manufacturers, Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs), and medicine portfolios into the company’s UAE distribution network.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that new pharmaceutical partners and products are commercially, operationally, and regulatory ready for launch in the UAE market. The Division Manager will coordinate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process, compliance with UAE regulations, and timely product launches.

Job Responsibilities:
Manufacturer & MAH Onboarding
  • Lead the onboarding of new pharmaceutical manufacturers and Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) in line with company strategy and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Manage due diligence, vendor qualification, and onboarding documentation, including GMP certificates, COPP, licenses, and partnership agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external pharmaceutical partners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Product Onboarding & Activation
  • Oversee the onboarding and setup of new medicine and drug portfolios within the company’s ERP and internal operational systems.
  • Ensure that product dossiers, technical documentation, and regulatory files are complete and accurate prior to product registration and market launch.
  • Coordinate product pricing, master data setup, and launch readiness with relevant internal teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Track onboarding progress, manage timelines, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely product launches.
  • Coordinate product availability, inventory planning, and operational readiness across departments.
Compliance & Quality Alignment
  • Ensure all onboarding activities comply with UAE pharmaceutical regulations, internal SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Maintain updated manufacturer licenses, certifications, agreements, and onboarding records.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and vendor qualification processes as required.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
  • Develop and improve onboarding workflows, checklists, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs, timelines, and product launch performance.
  • Prepare onboarding status reports and management updates for leadership review.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
  • 6–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical onboarding, regulatory affairs, vendor management, or pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory documentation, product onboarding processes, and GxP/GDP compliance standards.
  • UAE or GCC pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
