Job Brief:
Our client in the paper manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and production equipment within the manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical engineering within the paper manufacturing industry, with strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting practices. The role requires close coordination with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth plant operations, minimize downtime, and improve equipment reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for electrical systems and production machinery within the plant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, control systems, and other plant electrical components.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems and machinery when required.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, electrical standards, and maintenance protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Assist in identifying spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems and plant operations.
