Job Purpose:
In charge of all electrical engineering related activities for the white cement factory. Ensuring design, installation, and commissioning of all the electrical systems and maintenance of the systems post-commissioning of the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in the cement factory to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and environmental standards, while promoting a culture of safety among the team.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the electrical maintenance budget, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical issues and breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement a preventive maintenance program to prolong the lifespan of electrical equipment and reduce unplanned shutdowns.
• Project Management: Oversee electrical projects, such as upgrades, installations, and modifications, from design, and planning to execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to reduce power consumption and operational costs.

Job Requirements:

• B.E Electrical Engineering.
• More than 15 years of work experience in cement (Preferably white cement).
• Understanding of ISO 90001.
• Conversant with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP/ERP.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders, planning and organizing skills.
