Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a Service Engineer – ELV to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and servicing of CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Gate Barrier Systems, Networking, and Background Music (BGM) Systems. The successful candidate will ensure reliable system performance, respond promptly to customer service requests, and maintain compliance with service agreements and applicable industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ELV and security systems, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain integrated building systems while delivering excellent customer service and meeting service level agreements.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Gate Barrier Systems, Networking, BGM, and other customer installations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve faults in ELV and security systems to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
Perform testing, commissioning, and functional verification of ELV system installations.
Monitor graphic stations for alarms, error messages, and system alerts.
Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate project records, maintenance reports, and equipment performance logs.
Report recurring technical issues to Team Leads and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Log faults, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions to minimize recurring system issues.
Monitor the performance of existing systems and recommend upgrades or enhancements where appropriate.
Coordinate material requirements to support maintenance and service activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, local regulations, industry standards, and HSE requirements.
Support the maintenance of Life Safety, Security, BMS, AV, ICT, ELV, and HVAC systems as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in ELV system service and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of CCTV Systems.
Experience with Access Control Systems (ACS).
Experience with Gate Barrier Systems.
Knowledge of Networking infrastructure and IP-based systems.
Hands-on experience with Background Music (BGM) Systems.
Experience performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
Excellent knowledge of Life Safety, Security, BMS, AV, ICT, and Fire Fighting systems.
Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
