Export Sales Executive to lead and grow its European automotive aftermarket spare parts business. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, a solid understanding of European export markets, and a proven ability to drive international B2B sales.
This role involves strategic planning, market development, and customer relationship management to ensure consistent business growth, increased market penetration, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Job Responsibilities:Key Result Areas (KRA):- Generate revenue from assigned export markets by achieving sales targets.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new international B2B clients.
- Maintain, retain, and grow existing customer accounts.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence reports.
- Promote the company’s brand and product portfolio in designated export territories.
- Achieve overall sales and profitability targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Growth in customer base and overall export revenue.
- Customer satisfaction and retention performance.
- Gross margin achievement and profitability.
- Number and effectiveness of client meetings and engagements.
- Market penetration and geographic expansion success.
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new international business opportunities in export markets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Develop market-specific sales strategies and competitive pricing structures.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Promote aftermarket automotive brands in both personal and commercial vehicle segments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage customer credit terms responsibly.
- Coordinate with technical teams to verify product specifications and requirements.
