Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Factory Manager with 10–15 years of experience in a snack pellet manufacturing factory. The successful candidate should have strong practical experience in extruded snack production and a thorough understanding of factory operations within the snack manufacturing industry.

This Factory Manager Job in Dubai is open to candidates with relevant UAE, GCC, or overseas experience. The role requires effective communication and coordination with both top management and shop-floor employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day factory operations for snack pellet manufacturing and extruded snack production, ensuring smooth and efficient production activities.
Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to ensure manufacturing requirements and production targets are achieved.
Supervise the complete production process and ensure proper coordination between production teams and other factory functions.
Monitor the performance of snack pellet and extrusion production processes and address operational issues that may affect production efficiency or product quality.
Ensure machinery, equipment, and production lines are utilized effectively to support consistent manufacturing operations.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure production machinery remains operational.
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and ensure production is carried out according to established quality requirements.
Identify production bottlenecks, operational issues, and areas for process improvement, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor the efficient utilization of raw materials, manpower, machinery, and other production resources.
Lead, guide, and supervise shop-floor employees to ensure effective execution of daily production activities.
Ensure factory teams follow established production procedures, quality standards, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety practices.
Coordinate production schedules and operational priorities with top management and relevant departments.
Maintain effective communication between top management and shop-floor employees to support smooth factory operations.
Monitor daily production performance and provide relevant operational updates and reports to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, product quality, resource utilization, and overall factory performance.
Apply extensive practical knowledge of snack pellet manufacturing and extruded snack production to resolve production-related issues and support effective factory operations.

Job Requirements:

10–15 years of experience in a snack pellet manufacturing factory.
Strong experience in extruded snack production.
Candidates with relevant overseas experience may also be considered.
Strong communication skills are required for effective coordination with top management and shop-floor employees.
Fluency in English and Hindi is required for effective workplace communication and operational coordination.
