Job Brief:
A well-established company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Finance Executive with 8–10 years of UAE or GCC experience. The ideal candidate will independently manage accounting, auditing, banking operations, and tax compliance for both Freezone and Mainland entities. This role requires a high level of financial expertise, attention to detail, and familiarity with international transactions and UAE regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage all accounting and auditing activities for Freezone and Mainland companies.
• Prepare and analyze regular MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Handle local and international banking operations, including multi-currency fund transfers, trade finance, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Conduct daily banking operations such as fund transfers, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee cross-border transactions including SWIFT payments, wire transfers, Letters of Credit (LC), and bank guarantees.
• Maintain and develop strong working relationships with domestic and international financial institutions.
• Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure and assist in implementing forex and hedging strategies.
• Coordinate with UAE government entities on financial and regulatory matters.
• Utilize knowledge of the Iraqi market and banking systems.
