Job Brief:
A well-established company in the IT Logistics industry is seeking an experienced Forwarding Sales Executive to drive freight forwarding sales activities within the Dubai market. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, generating independent revenue, and expanding market presence through strong business development efforts.
This position requires hands-on freight forwarding sales experience (Air/Sea/CBT) and the ability to independently manage and grow active customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate new revenue by moving candidate accounts.
  • Actively conduct freight forwarding sales activities within the Dubai market.
  • Acquire new customers and contribute to expanding company's revenue.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, freight rates, and competitor activities, and provide structured sales feedback to management.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 4–6 years of pure experience in the same industry and role (Sales, Logistics).
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales within Dubai, UAE.
  • Must have own active customer accounts and be capable of generating revenue independently (Accounts assigned as Key Account Management (KAM) or roles focused on nominated business management are strictly excluded.)
  • Hands-on sales experience in freight forwarding (Air/Sea/CBT).
  • Background must be from a freight forwarding company. (Courier/express companies are strictly excluded.)
  • Target companies are not restricted, provided the candidate is from the freight forwarding industry.
