Job Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Keep records of all incoming and outgoing visitors and employees
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless front office operations
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies
- Support team members with administrative or clerical tasks as needed
