Job Brief:
Our client in the equipment trading industry is seeking a confident and well-organized Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This Emirati-only role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Keep records of all incoming and outgoing visitors and employees
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless front office operations
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies
  • Support team members with administrative or clerical tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a front office, customer service, or admin role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Nationality: UAE National (Emirati)
  • Must have a UAE National Family Book.
