The role requires a result-oriented professional with a strong background in electrical engineering, extensive industry experience, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and oversee sales activities for electrical switchgear panel boards, control panels, and allied equipment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and budgets to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive sales growth in both the UAE and international export markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strong customer relationships within the electrical and industrial sectors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support strategic planning.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met through proactive planning and team management.
- Support the development of new business channels, key accounts, and market segments.
- Prepare and review sales forecasts, sales reports, and business performance analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and finance, to ensure smooth order execution.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, technical discussions, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain a result-oriented professional approach in all sales interactions and decision-making.
