Job Brief:
We are seeking a detail-oriented GRC Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimating GRC elements for architectural façades and building envelope systems. This role is crucial in supporting tender submissions by preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring alignment with design and engineering specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine GRC scope and estimation requirements.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for GRC cladding panels, feature elements, and integrated façade systems.
  • Coordinate with the design, façade engineering, and production teams to validate materials, installation feasibility, and labor inputs.
  • Compile and submit accurate bids and quotations tailored to each façade or building envelope project.
  • Revise estimates to reflect design amendments, project changes, or updated specifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of supplier pricing, subcontractor rates, and past project data to improve estimate accuracy.
  • Assist procurement by identifying materials and negotiating with GRC suppliers and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC estimation within façade or architectural cladding projects.
  • Strong understanding of GRC manufacturing and installation techniques, particularly for façades and building envelope applications.
  • Proficient in estimation tools such as Excel, Candy, or CostX, and CAD software.
  • Ability to interpret detailed façade and architectural design drawings.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communicator with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and project management.
  • Familiarity with aluminium and façade systems in combination with GRC elements.
  • Experience collaborating with façade consultants, contractors, and developers.
