Job Brief:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing function, driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting customer acquisition and retention across all channels. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong team leadership to deliver measurable marketing outcomes in both B2B and B2C environments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals, vision, and growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Oversee the performance marketing function and ensure lead generation and acquisition targets are consistently achieved.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content, email, events, social media, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Track, analyse, and report key marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive public relations, communications, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and demand generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
