Job Brief:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day human resources and administrative operations of the organization. The role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll support, office administration, and employee engagement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and employee induction.
  • Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and provide support for monthly payroll preparation.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, memos, warning letters, and official notices.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, filing, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate visa processing activities with the PRO where applicable.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR and administrative support as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic HR systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
