HR & Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle HR and Admin documentation.
  • Manage employee relations.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
  • Oversee drivers and fleet management, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Process gate and entry passes for various entities, maintaining a streamlined and efficient system.
  • Manage employee benefits and leave, addressing queries and facilitating a smooth process.
  • Arrange employee travel and hotel bookings, optimizing cost-effectiveness and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Assist with front desk duties when required, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Apply for and process visas from different consulates, staying updated on visa regulations and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate on special projects and assignments as assigned by the HR Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR and Admin functions.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Admin.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Science/Commerce/Arts.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws.
  • Age: Between 25 – 35 years.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of SAP software, and IMS 9001, 14001 & 45001 would be an added advantage.
  • Language: English & Arabic (preferable).
  • Business letter writing skills.
