Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business Administration, along with 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role in the UAE. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support in the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
  • Manage HR documentation, including employee contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for staff.
  • Contribute to HR reports and analysis as required by management.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws and ensure compliance in HR practices.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role within the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to join within 15 days to one month.
  • Male candidates are required.
  • Age: 28 - 35 years.
  • Nationality: Indian/Filipino.
