Job Brief:We are seeking a proactive and experienced
HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations within the real estate sector in Dubai. The role requires hands-on experience in UAE HR practices, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with labor laws, with a strong understanding of HR policies specific to real estate organizations.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labor Law and real estate industry practices.
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, renewals, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with PROs and government authorities.
- Support payroll coordination by providing accurate employee data, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
