Job Brief:

The HR Executive in Ras Al Khaimah will be responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits, payroll processes, HR databases, HRMS reporting, and performance appraisal analysis. The role focuses on ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, and supporting compensation benchmarking and reward programs.

This role contributes to the accomplishment of HR practices and objectives that support employee compensation and benefits across the organization. The position reports to the HR & Admin Manager and supports various HR operational activities related to employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and compliance with UAE employment regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
  • Maintain and update accounting records using Tally software.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
  • Prepare financial reports, expense records, and supporting documentation as required.
  • Coordinate administrative activities, including document management, filing, and office coordination.
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, contracts, and company documentation.
  • Support communication and coordination with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in handling office administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial and administrative information.
  • Support management with additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative and accounting experience, with at least 1 year of UAE experience.
  • Hands-on experience using Tally software for accounting functions is mandatory. Experience with Tally ERP 9 will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and administrative coordination.
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Fluency in English & Tagalog.
