Job Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully equipped with the required documentation and resources.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical and corporate roles in the automotive industry.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of engineers, technicians, sales professionals, and managerial staff.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with departmental needs and team dynamics.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit, experience, and potential.
- Stay informed on market trends, salary standards, and competitors’ hiring practices.
- Develop relationships with universities, training institutions, and industry associations.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Handle recruitment documentation and maintain compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
