Job Brief:Our client in the construction industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience, preferably in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, visa processing, payroll coordination, and a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law. Prior experience in the building construction industry is a mandate.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PROs and relevant government authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data such as attendance, absences, overtime, and leave records.
- Prepare and calculate end-of-service benefits (gratuity), leave salary, final settlements, and related documentation in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations in line with statutory and company requirements.
