Job Responsibilities:
  • The position reports to the CEO.
  • Develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR practices in line with the culture of the organization.
  • Ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates for the organization.
  • Advise managers on candidate selection and recommend changes.
  • Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues.
  • Handle employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees.
  • Facilitate active participation of each employee toward achieving common business goals.
  • Organize required training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Receive employee complaints, suggestions, and queries and make sure they are handled properly.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Labor Laws.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, training, and retaining the best talent for the company.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration/HR or related field is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Preferably has experience working in an HR department in the pre-opening phase of a new organization or start-up.
  • Previously worked with people of different nationalities and backgrounds.
