Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across the Middle East and Africa region. Based in Riyadh, this role will focus on driving HR strategy, managing talent, and supporting organizational development within a multinational manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with proven HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and the ability to lead cultural and change management initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage HR functions across the Middle East and Africa region, aligning HR practices with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive HR integration during mergers & acquisitions with focus on cultural alignment and high performance.
  • Guide senior leadership with strategic HR insights to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
  • Manage organizational change during periods of transformation, acquisitions, or restructures.
  • Support local teams in handling employee relations and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws.
  • Promote a diverse, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
  • Ensure execution of regional and global HR initiatives at the local level.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 8–15 years in HR management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in multinational corporations, preferably in manufacturing.
  • HR expertise across frontline production, skilled technicians, and commercial teams.
  • HR Business Partnering, cultural and change management expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi and UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience with US public companies and M&A HR integration is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
