Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing the complete employee lifecycle, and fostering a positive work culture.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, and other issues.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, and documentation.
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, organization charts, and employee directories.
  • Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Conduct probation and annual evaluations, prepare reports for management review, and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with market trends and company policies.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure clarity of employee responsibilities.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Provide HR metrics and analytical insights to management for decision-making.
  • Design and implement employee retention and engagement strategies.
  • Manage employee attendance and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Support the HR department in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company documentation.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
Job Requirements:
  • Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources or Business Studies.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in developing compensation strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
