Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the day-to-day human resources operations of the organization. The role is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR administration, payroll support, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labour Law while ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.

The ideal candidate will have UAE HR experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, warning letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support monthly payroll preparation.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, labour cards, Emirates IDs, and other employee documentation with the PRO.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, and general employment matters.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and performance management activities.
  • Maintain HR reports, employee databases, and HR metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support workforce planning and operational requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of UAE experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll support.
  • Experience coordinating visa and labour-related documentation will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using HRMS or HR software will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
