Job Brief:
We are looking for a qualified HSE Engineer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on offshore EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HSE legislation, experience in hazard identification, and proven expertise in risk management within multicultural project environments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor HSE standards, practices, and legislation compliance for EPC projects.
  • Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and define control measures.
  • Oversee construction safety practices, including scaffolding, excavation, lifting, confined spaces, and hot works.
  • Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Communicate HSE expectations and influence contractors and multicultural workforce teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC or other client-specific HSE requirements where applicable.
  • Provide guidance and training on HSE policies and procedures to project teams.
  • Collaborate with project management to integrate safety into project execution plans.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences (preferred).
  • NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • 7–12 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in EPC projects (oil & gas, power, petrochemical, or infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety, hazard identification, and risk management.
  • Experience in offshore projects in GCC or other locations preferred.
  • Experience managing multicultural, multi-contractor project environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
