Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an HSE Officer to support workplace health, safety, and environmental activities at a manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, investigating workplace incidents, performing safety inspections, delivering toolbox talks, and maintaining accurate HSE records and audit documentation.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience, a Technical Diploma in Safety Engineering, and NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct workplace risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate safety measures.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, document findings, and support corrective and preventive actions.
Perform regular workplace safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
Deliver toolbox talks to employees to promote safety awareness and safe working practices.
Maintain accurate HSE reports, inspection records, and incident investigation documentation.
Prepare and maintain HSE audit records and supporting documentation.

Job Requirements:

Technical Diploma in Safety Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar safety role.
NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.
Experience conducting workplace risk assessments and safety inspections.
Knowledge of incident investigation and reporting procedures.
Experience delivering toolbox talks and workplace safety awareness sessions.
Ability to maintain HSE reports, records, and audit documentation.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
