Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for a leading organization in the HVAC/MEP industry. The role involves supervising a team of technicians, ensuring high service quality, maintaining safety standards, and meeting client expectations across various projects and service assignments.
The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, guiding technicians during installations and maintenance work, and ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in compliance with relevant safety regulations, local codes, and industry standards. The role also requires maintaining accurate service documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring all operational activities are executed efficiently and professionally.
Job Responsibilities:- Diagnose complex HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance and support to technicians during troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Supervise and participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure proper system functionality and performance.
- Ensure all work activities comply with safety regulations, local codes, and industry standards while maintaining a safe working environment for technicians and site personnel.
- Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians to ensure service tasks are completed efficiently and within project timelines.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by technicians to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and technical documentation related to maintenance activities, installations, and repairs.
- Support planning and scheduling of maintenance and service activities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal departments to address technical requirements and service updates.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials required for service and installation activities are properly maintained and available.
