International Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and managing distribution network throughout the region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Determine brand growth potential, find and develop distributer network and drive sales volume to meet market Share targets in multiple regions for our Molasses products.
  • Ascertain and co-ordinate promotional activities and other supporting incentives with the regional trade marketing teams/Distributors.
  • Support Senior Management in developing strategic brand growth and development plans, and ensure quality of execution in order to drive key market initiatives.
  • Develop demand forecast with support from and coordinate with Marketing Distribution team. Submit forecast on a month-by-month basis to management for production planning purposes.
  • Responsible for internal control and compliance procedures to comply with company policies Manage, train, inform and motivate team in order to deliver trade marketing and distribution activities.
  • Ensure effective communication with subordinates to furnish them with timely & relevant information.
  • Develop and submit an MIS to the GM on a monthly basis.
  • Supervises Sales Coordinators/Trade Marketers.

Job Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Good knowledge of the molasses markets worldwide.
  • Established relationships with molasses distributers.
  • Adept in MS Office.
  • 8 to 10 years proven sales experience with a renowned Molasses Producer.
  • Candidate preferably of Arabic Origin.
